Data handling rules

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains how vpnLe handles data while operating its website, user panel, and subscription services. Using the service means acknowledging these practices. Data is processed to provide accounts, complete orders, keep routes running, handle support requests, and improve page experience. Data unrelated to these purposes is not added to the account process.

Scope and processing principles

This policy applies to data generated when visiting the vpnLe website, creating an account, purchasing a plan, using international routes, or submitting a ticket. Data is collected and used only as needed for clear service purposes, with access controls, transmission safeguards, and permission separation used to reduce the risk of unauthorized access.

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are enough. The account creation process therefore does not require an email address or treat one as a condition of opening an account. Users should protect their username, password, and subscription details and avoid sharing account credentials with unrelated parties.

Data collected and how it is used

Account data includes the username, protected password credentials, login session status, and necessary security records. This data supports identity checks, account access, unusual-access detection, and support verification. Passwords are not displayed as readable text in routine account records.

Order data includes the selected plan, amount due, payment status, order time, traffic usage, and plan validity status. It is used to deliver subscriptions, calculate available traffic, process plan changes, verify payment results, and apply relevant refund rules. Text and attachments voluntarily submitted in a ticket are used only to address that issue and retain its handling history.

Website analytics may include pages viewed, referring pages, browser and device categories, interface language, and network information processed as necessary. This data helps check page operation, analyze content use, and identify technical errors; it is not used to build personal browsing profiles.

No-logs policy and connection records

vpnLe does not record which websites users access through the service, nor does it retain webpage content, search content, or history that could reconstruct specific browsing activity. Traffic measurement required to operate the service is used only to determine plan status and does not include a destination list.

The service does not retain connection logs that could permanently link a source address, selected route, connection time, and specific access activity. To troubleshoot route failures, control abuse, or maintain system security, the system may temporarily process necessary technical information such as error types, route load, total traffic, and connection success. This diagnostic information is deleted or de-identified when its purpose is complete and is not used to analyze which websites users accessed.

Cookies and local storage

The website and user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to save login sessions, language preferences, interface state, and necessary security markers. Session information related to login credentials helps maintain account status; after signing out, session expiry, or clearing browser data, the corresponding information may no longer be available.

Disabling necessary storage may prevent login persistence, restoration of interface choices, or normal operation of some account features. Markers used for access analytics identify the page visit process and summarize usage only; they do not read other files on the device.

Payment processing and third-party services

The service supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payments may be processed by the relevant payment channel, digital-asset network, or its technical service providers. Payment providers receive the data needed to complete transactions under their own rules, and their processing is also governed by their privacy policies and service terms.

vpnLe stores order status, payment results, and information needed to verify transactions, without expanding the payment provider’s data processing scope through this policy. Account details submitted directly to a payment provider on its payment page are handled by that provider. Account data is not shared with unrelated third parties except as needed to complete orders, meet legal obligations, or resolve payment disputes.

Retention, deletion, and policy updates

Account and order records are retained for as long as needed for account operation, service delivery, financial reconciliation, and dispute handling. Access analytics are retained as needed for aggregated analysis. Temporary diagnostic data is deleted or de-identified after troubleshooting or security handling is complete. Records that must be retained by law are kept only for the period required by the applicable obligation.

Users may submit requests to access, correct, or delete account data through a user panel ticket. To prevent someone else from acting on an account, verification of account control may be required before processing. After a deletion request is completed, non-essential personal data in the account is removed; order or dispute records that must be retained by law are deleted when their retention purpose ends.

When this Privacy Policy changes, the new version is published on this page and the last-updated month at the top is updated. If a change materially affects how account data is handled, vpnLe will provide an appropriate notice on the website or user panel. Users are encouraged to review the relevant terms before continuing to use the updated service.
