Service Content and Scope
vpnLe provides subscription services for cross-border access, international websites, and network acceleration. Supported platforms include Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. The service covers 90+ countries / 200+ routes. Available regions, route types, and connection methods are subject to the user panel.
Network conditions in different regions, target service policies, device systems, and local links may affect connection results. Users should choose regions and routes based on their actual destinations and confirm their eligibility to use the target website or application. A subscription provides network connectivity only; it does not guarantee access to a target service and does not include the target service’s account, content, or paid benefits.
Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date, and upgrade price differences are calculated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they remain valid until used and never expire. Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported.
Account, Device, and Subscription Rules
No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials, subscription details, and order information in the user panel, and are responsible for actions taken through their accounts. If unusual activity is detected, users should change their passwords promptly and stop sharing related information publicly.
There is no limit on the number of devices that may be online at the same time. This rule is intended for account holders connecting their own devices. Accounts, subscription URLs, and access rights may not be resold, rented out, publicly posted, or shared with unrelated third parties. Unlimited devices does not change the requirement that an account be used reasonably by its subscriber, nor does it authorize commercial use, distribution, or charging others.
Users may not copy, modify, or split subscription information to create an unauthorized resale service. They may not disrupt the normal operation of routes, the user panel, or related services through automated requests, abnormal concurrency, or other means. If credentials are disclosed by the user and cause account access or traffic consumption, the initial response should be to change the password and update the subscription information.
Lawful Use and Account Measures
When using vpnLe, users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where their destination is located, as well as the service rules of target websites, applications, and content platforms. The service may not be used for unlawful activities, infringement of others’ lawful rights, distribution of malware, fraud, attacks on network systems, or unauthorized data access.
If an account is used unlawfully, a subscription is resold, access rights are publicly shared, service resources are maliciously consumed, or system operation is repeatedly disrupted, vpnLe may restrict relevant functions, suspend connections, or terminate the account according to the level of risk. When taking action, vpnLe may verify the facts using order records, login records, route usage, and information submitted by the user.
After an account is suspended, the user must stop the relevant activity and submit the necessary explanation through the user panel. For accounts that cannot return to normal use, continue to violate these terms, or must cease service under applicable law, vpnLe may terminate subsequent service. Account termination does not remove responsibilities that arose before termination.
Service Availability and Limits of Responsibility
vpnLe may adjust available routes according to route quality, network maintenance, security risks, and service provider policies. Maintenance, troubleshooting, or upstream network changes may temporarily make some regions, protocols, or routes unavailable. The service does not promise that all routes will maintain the same speed or that every target website, application, or content region will always be accessible.
Users are responsible for maintaining their device systems, clients, and local network environments. Connection issues caused by incorrect device configuration, local network outages, target service changes, third-party platform rule changes, force majeure, or failure to follow instructions are outside vpnLe’s direct control. Account, content, transaction, and data responsibilities arising on target platforms are handled by users and the relevant platforms under their respective rules.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, vpnLe assumes corresponding responsibility for subscription services it can reasonably control. It is not responsible beyond the limits required by law for indirect losses, changes in expected benefits, or consequences caused by third-party services or user actions. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Refunds, Changes, and Effectiveness
A full refund without giving a reason may be requested within 60 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the user panel with order information that can be verified. vpnLe will confirm the first payment date and payment status using order records; the time required for the payment channel to process the return is subject to that channel’s actual rules.
vpnLe may revise these terms due to changes in service scope, route arrangements, compliance requirements, or operating rules. Revisions will be published on the website with the update month shown. Important changes affecting user rights or responsibilities will be clearly highlighted on the website or in the user panel. The new terms apply to subsequent use from the effective date stated in the notice.
If users do not agree to revised terms, they may stop using the service and submit a refund request where the refund terms allow. Continued use means that the user has read and accepted the terms then in effect. If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.
